Miller, -A^nctioneer, wm sell, by order of the Trustee, at Auction, on TTIESDAT, DECEMBER 22, 1868, at 12 o'clock, at the EXCHANGE SALESROOM, 111 BROADWAY, K Y., 50 Parcels of Laud, contaming about ยป P*art of the IVCorris Estate. This property is situated on the easterly side of the Central Avenue Grand Boulevard, a continuation of the I Seventh Avenue Drive, leading from the Central to the Jerome Park. It lies on a straight line drawn from thence (opposite to lYlst Street, and is nearly three miles south of Xingsbridge, and about one and a quarter miles nearer to the City Hall than the Dyckman property.
