THIS IS TO CERTIFY THAT THE UNDERSIGNED have formed a limited co-parti;ership, pursuant to the laws of the State of New York. That tbe name or firm under which the business of such co-partnership is to be conducted is GEORGE L. ROSE, ana that their principal place of business will be in the City nnd County of New York. That the general nature of tbe business to be trans¬ acted is the manufacturing of and dealing in leather. That the names of the general and special partners are as follows, viz.: George L.
