Foley & Son have consunamated one uf tlie most important sales of the season. It comprises the four and flve-stoiv office buildings at Nos. 46 to 53 Broad street, with a frontage o£ 80,4 feet. runniug through to Nos. 48 and 50 New street, with a frontage on the latter of 64 5 feet, the prop- erty haviug an extreme depth o£ 179.5 feet. The sale was effected for the ChurchiII aud Weeks estates aud Hugh N. Camp, and the pm'chasers, Dr, H. Newton Heiueman and J. W. Riglander, paid S7oo,(00 for the prop- erty, which is at the rate of about $50 per square foot. The leases expire partly on May 1, 1S93, aud partly a year later; and wheu the purchasers obtain possession tbey intcud to build a fouiteen-story stracture on the site, The property adjoins the Edison Building to the south. James L. Libby & Son have sold for Mortou, BIiss & Co. Ihe southwest eorner of Broadway and 53d street, 55.1 on Broadway x 75 on 53d street, x 100.5 X about 90 feet, for $320.000, to F. O. Matthiessen, and have leased thesame property to Geo. A, Schastey for fifteon years. This transaction involves between $400,000 and $500,000. Otto Pullicb has sold for B. B. Schneider to Keppler & Scbwarzmaun, of Puck, the northwest corner of.Mulberry and Jersey streets, 97x07, with old buildings thereon, on private term-. Puck now owns the entire front on Mulberry street, from Houston street to Jersey itreet, and the j.lot will be improved imraediaiely by a leL-story building. George R. Read bas sold for S. F. Shortland No. 98 Greene street, a five- story brick and iron warehouse, on lot 25x100; forMis. Sarah Earle the four-story brown stone dwellingNo. 14 West 31st street. lot 25x98,9; fcr E. J. Hancy the property No, Vi'i Cedar street, and for Mayer Kahn the four- story brick store No. 80 Beekman street. on lot 25x100. It is reported that the Corn Exchange Bank bas purchased property on Beaver street, adjoining their present bauking quarters. E. Muhliug bas sold for Harris Mandelbaum the southwest coraer of Prince street and Soutb 5th avenue, 48x101, with five-story buildings thereon, to Andrea Lertora for S71,()il0, the seller reserving the right to sue the Elevated road. Hulbert Pcck has sold for Wm. J. Heller the three-story híghstoop house No. 308 West SOth street, 17.Cx50x9S.9, for ?1S,500. Wm. R. Masou has solii for M. Colemau the flve-5tory tenement, No. 241 West 41st street, lot 2.5x98 9, to Aunette Lehman for SI8,.500. Charles Martin has sold for Mrs. Louisa Emden tbe four-story front and four-story rear housc, No. 4^4 West 45th street, to John Siegler for $18,51 0. W. B. Taylor & Sous have sald for Mrs. S. W. Abrahams the four-story store and flat No. 656 9th avenue. on privaie terms. J. W. Kelly has sold for Wm. H. Ramsey the five story apartment house No. 243 West 35th street for $38,000. Nos. 104 aud H'6 East 27tb street, plot .39.6x76.4, has bíen resold by F. E. Baraes for Mr. Kennedy, who purchased the property at the Simpson estate sale, tbe purchaser being a Mr. Cushman. Louis Lcse has purchased Nos. 31 and 33 Attorney street. P. E. Barnesbas sold for John E.
