Proceedings Initiated. 170th ST.—Building a retaining wall, placing necessary fill¬ ing, to bring sidewalk to its proper width, relay flagging wliere necessary, erect guard rail for a distance of about 75 feet on 170th st, and 25 feet on Brook av, the cost of said w^ork to be charged as a lien against the property deemed to be bene¬ fited. Proceedings initiated. PARK AV WEST.—Paving with asphalt blocks from East 175th st to East 178th st and setting curb where necessary. Proceedings initiated. 23STH ST.—(1) Laying out an extension westerly of West 23Sth st, from Riverdale av to Spuyten Duyvii parkw-ay. (2) Removing from the map that portion of Oxford av which lies north of the proposed extension of West 238th st. (3) Changing the lines of Johnson av, between West 23Gth st and the pro¬ posed extension of West 23Sth st, so as to extend the lines of said avenues north of West 235th st upon the same courses as the lines of said avenue south of said street.
