ROCKAWAY BEACH BLVD.— Philip Caplan, 16 Court st, has plans in progress for a 2-sty brick dwelling and stores, 25x57, on Rockaway Beach blvd. Owner's name will be announced later. Cost $6,000. Eisenla. 571 77th st. completed plans for a 2-sty frame dwell¬ ing, 25x50, on the south side of Ave J, 53 ft east of East 16th st, for the Graham Max Construction Co., 1640 49th st, owner and builder.
