MISCELLANEOUS. REVIEW OF THE REAL ESTATE MARKET, Thongli the market retains the dnllness characteristic of this season of the year, there exists every in¬ dication of a revival of confidence. Trnstees, guard¬ ians and others charged- with the care of cash funds express their opinion that the time for inaction has lasted sufficiently long, and they are now prepared to invest it in real property, not at fancy prices, but nevertheless at valuations satisfactory to reasonable holders. Several _ brokers also report a more active cash inofairy for choice property, at prices ranging not so very low as the croak¬ ers have predicted daring the past six months. A morn¬ ing paper errenoonsly reported the sale of the north¬ east corner of 63cl street and Boulevard for $85,000, say¬ ing that this was the amount of incumbrances on the property.
