The lumbermen are pleased at the outlook for next season 3 business and expect a slight increase in the price of timber. Linseed oil has taken another advance during the past week, and now the long expected advance in mixed paints has come, prices having advanced an average of 10c. per gallon This has been caused by the continued increase of raw materials, some of which have advanced 75% since last June.
