Wendel Estate, 175 Broadway, owner, and Carl Schilo, 140 West 39th st, lessee. Cost, $40,000. 2STH ST.—W. J. Russell, 25 West 42d st, has completed plans for the alteration Irom a stable into a garage of the 2-sty brick building, 25x162 ft, at 249-251 West 2Sth st, for Anna M.
