A Broadway Deal.
BĩtOADWAY.—A transaction of some magnitude, involving two
iioportant business properties, came to light to-day. Prank A.
^eita has sold to Phiiip Braender 693, 6!)5 and 697 Broadway,
Bouthwest corner of 4th st, three 5-sty buĩldings, 80.5x74; also the
aajoining property, 4 and 6 West 4th st, a 0-sty buiiding, 36x80.
