The Tunnel and Park Av. Residents.
Property-owners and residents on Park av feel that their in¬
terests are being further injured by the plan approved by the
Health Department for changing the N. Y, Centra! tunnel, and
are protesting against its adoption and execution. Their feeling
is expiessed by the following letter, which has been sent to John
B. Sexton, President of the Health Department, by D. T. Swaln¬
son, of Firm of Leonard J. Carpenter:
