One of the handsomest house organs ot
its kind that has been brought to our at¬
tention is that issued by the Standard
Sanitary Manufacturing Company ot
Pittsburgh. Its cover design done in pur¬
ple, green and white is of a highly ar¬
tistic character and in this respeot re¬
flects the high quality of the goods manu¬
factured by this house. The publication
has such excellence that it is removed
from the 'Classification of a house organ
and should properly be placed in the
category of a special magazine. No ex¬
pense is spared in making the book typo¬
graphically perfect and it has a didactic
value in that it keeps architects and
builders in touch with new things being
turned out by this house. Application
for being placed on the mailing list should
be addressed to the company ait Pitts¬
