With the price of coal higher than eggs on
the Biltmore Bill of Fare, you men who own
buildings are going to be in a sweet fix if your
buildings are heated with boilers that are fussy

about their feed.

You can't burn soft coal and make a lot of smoke —
because the city has its foot on the smoke lid. And you
