1st—Q. C. is an abbreviation for Quit Claim deed, i. «.,
a dee'd in-which all the right, title, and interest of the
grantor is conveyed, omitting all covenants or warrjinty.
2d—C. a. (i. mean a deed containing Covenant against
Grantor only, in ■which he covenants Ihat he hath not
done any act whereby the estate conveyed may be im¬
peached, charged, or incumbered.
