deed, 1. e., a deed wherein all the right,
title and Interest of the grantor Is con-
yeyed omitting all covenants and war¬
ranty.

C. a G. means a deed containing Cove¬
nant against Grantor only. In which he
eorenants that he hath not done any act
whereby the estate conveyed may be im¬
peached, charged or encumbered.

B. A 8. Is an abbreviation for Bargain
and Sale deed, wherein, although the
seller makes no expressed consideration.
