New York, ancl expiring August 10. 1879.
The name of firm under wnich such partnership is
to be conducted is READ & CO.
The general nature of the business intended to bo
transacted by such partnership is dealing in leaf and
manufactured tobacco, and in the manufacture and
sale of fertilizers.
The names of all the general and soecial partners
interested in said business are Clement Read, Isaac
Read, Henrv- M. Newton and VVilliam H. Read.
The said Clement Read is a general partner, and
his place of residence is in the City of Brooklyn,
County of Kings and State of New York.
The said Isaac Read is also a general partner, and
his place of residence is in .said City of Brooklj-n,
County of Kings and State of New York.
The said Henry M. Newton is a special partner,
and his place of residence is in said Citj- of Brooklyn.
The said William H. Read 'xr, a special partner, and
his place of residence is in said City of Brooklj-n.
The amount of capital which said Henrj- M. New¬
ton has contributed to the common stock of said
partnership is Five Thousand Dollars.
The amount of capital which said VVilliam H. Read
has contributed to the common stock of said partner-
