1st—Q. 0. is an abbreviation for Quit Claim deed
i. e., a deed in which all ihe right, title and inierest of
the grantor is conveyed, omitting all covenants or war¬
ranty.
'idr—C. a. G. means a deed containing Covenant
against Grantor only, in which he covenants ihat he
hathnot don'- any act ivhereby the estate conveyed may
