nant agalnat Grantor only. In which he
covenanta that he hath not done any act
whereby the eatate conveyed may be Im¬
peached, charged or encumbered.

B. Sc S. la an abbreviation for Bargain
aad Sale deed, wherein, although the
■•ller makes no expreaaed conaideration,
tie really granta or conveya the property
for a valuable conaideration, and thus Im¬
pliedly claims to be the owner of It.
